As a third-generation tailor from Baku, Azerbaijan, co-founder Sabina Moyal Musayev built her namesake label around an inspiration of her heritage and admiration for decorative fabrics. When I discover an element which captivates me, I plan the design around it. I honor the material and tell its story. Founded in 2011 by Sabina and her partner Meir Moyal, the brand focuses on incorporating traditional techniques, modern functionality, and ethnic influences. The resulting collections are poetic, contemporary, and feminine. Sabina Musayev deliberately chooses to focus their designs around materials that speak to them, making the brand a uniquely textile-driven endeavor.
